Hi everyone! I’m so excited to share my love of travel with you. I’ve always loved a good road trip—but with four kids, two full-time jobs, and a husband who’s a teacher and coach (and if you’ve heard anything about teacher salaries, you know there wasn’t much left for travel), big adventures weren’t always in the budget. We made the most of local destinations, and while they were wonderful, after a while I found myself yearning to see more of the world. Mountains and God’s creations have always had my heart, though I’ll never turn down a good beach now and then. Professionally, I’ve spent nearly 20 years as an Engineering Manager at one of the world’s largest defense contractors. The physics nerd in me is still in awe of the designs, technology, and constant evolution—it’s been a career I’ve truly loved. Now the kids have flown the nest, my husband has traded his whistle for golf clubs, and it’s just me working. I finally convinced him to cross “the big pond” for over two weeks—and wow, Europe with an added Mediterranean cruise was heaven! My best secret is Canada and the Pacific Northwest. The beauty is unreal and simply beyond words. If I had to choose anywhere in the world, it would be the Canadian Rockies—you have to go. (And if you want help planning it, I’ve got you covered!) As retirement approaches, I knew I needed a way to fund my travel habit—and what better way than helping others experience the incredible sights, cultures, and moments this world has to offer?
